 "Delta D717 WP"

    Description:

    CHRYSO® "Delta D717WP" is a new generation polycarboxylate ether-based multi-range plasticizer based on expertise polymer technology.

 

    To provide ; - A wide scale of dosage

                 - A moderate water reduction

                 - Better flow & retention

                 - Homogenous concrete

                 - Integral waterproofing

        Indicative characteristics:

 

                 Main Ingredient : Polycarboxylate

                 Appearance : Brownish liquid

                 Specific Gravity : 1.02 ± 0.02

                 Air entrainment : ≤ 1.5 % over control mix.  pH : > 6

                 Chloride Content : Nil, as per BS - 5075 (Part-I)  Compatibility : OPC, PSC, PPC.

              ADVANTAGES : 

                  Thanks to specifically designed molecular structure, CHRYSO® Delta D717WP has a great flexibility; thanks to its large scale of dosage, it can be used in great range of concrete with desired fluidity & workability retention. It allows optimization of dosage of cement in order to obtain a specific class of resistance. At equal plasticity, and

                  after reducing mixing water.

:                 - Concrete compacity is improved, 

                  - Capillary absorption is reduced

                   Depending on dosage, a relative increase of mechanical strength is observed at 24 hours &

                   is a great advantage over Old generation available Admixtures in the market.

                   For any mix, keeping the cement consumption and workability

                    constant, substantial reduction in the amount of mixing can be

                    achieved or use of dosage upto certain limit can act as a high range

                    superplasticizer, to produce concrete of high compressive strength. 

                     Alternatively, for the same concrete mix, keeping everything else

                     constant, a definite economy in cement content, can be achieved.

                Method of use:

            

              Dosage: Optimum dosage can only be established after trials, 

      taking into account the rheological characteristics and the required mechanical performances.

      Rate of addition is generally in the range of 0.4-2.0 % by wt of cement and cementitious material. 

       For maximum dispersion throughout the mix, CHRYSO® "Delta D717WP" should be added to the mixing water only.

       Should the product be added to fresh concrete, intothe mixing truck, 

       it is necessary to mix at high speed, andthenatlow speed (with a minimum 3 minutes at each speed)

         If stored in unopened containers at normal ambient
